Feedback form is now closed.

In the last three years, we've heard from advocates and critics alike on diversity. As advocates, where are you in the conversation, and are you creating the positive impact you intended for your organization and community? In this interactive session, we'll explore reasons diversity conversations continue to be challenging, the importance of listening and learning from all perspectives, and a framework for the conversation that leads to greater diversity results.

At the end of this session, attendees will:

  • Learn key reasons the diversity conversation is failing.
  • Assess the inclusiveness of your organization's listening efforts.
  • Explore an effective framework for more productive diversity conversations.
  •  Have opportunities to practice the diversity conversation framework.
